ADVANCE QUEENSLAND – INNOVATE QUEENSLAND

OVERVIEW

Innovate Queensland is a series of workshops, webinars and collaboration activities intended to help small and medium sized businesses build their commercial skills, knowledge and networks so that they can succeed in the market.

There are four core programs offered by Innovate Queensland.

​

Skill Development Workshops are in-person workshops and Webinars are online workshops. Both aim to educate anyone who wishes to attend on commercial skills.

​

The IQ Forum is a LinkedIn group that provides an online space for entrepreneurs to connect and share resources.

​

My Innovation Advisor is a one-hour free consultation available to small businesses.

REQUIREMENTS

Skill Development Workshops, Webinars and IQ Forum are available to the general public and do not have any requirements.

​

My Innovation Advisor requires that your business:

• Is Queensland based

• Has a Queensland registered ABN

• Has a new product or service that is close to commercialisation OR Is seeking to grow sales of an existing product into a new market

• Provide feedback and progress reports requested by Innovate Queensland

APPLICATION PROCESS

Skill Development Workshops, Webinars and IQ Forum do not have an application process.

​

My Innovation Advisor requires you to fill out a booking form. The application involves personal details and short answer questions.
