STUGAN
Accelerator Program
OVERVIEW
Stugan is an eight-week ‘summer camp’ accelerator for developers with a game in early stages of production. The program assists teams of up to three, including individual developers, to develop a game idea or a game that is early in development to a development goal – whether that be a demo, a build ready for Kickstarter or being release ready.

Stugan provides free accommodation in the form of a cabin in rural Sweden where developers live and work. Developers must cover their own travel costs to and from Stockholm, Sweden.
REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for Stugan, you must:
Be an individual developer OR in a development team of up to three people, inclusive of you
Have a game idea OR a game in the early stages of development
Be able to cover travel costs to and from Stockholm, Sweden
APPLICATION PROCESS
To apply, you must fill out an application form on Stugan’s website. The application involves personal details, short answer questions and creating a 90 second video which introduces your team and your game idea. It also requires the submission of a personal website that demonstrates previous work.
I'M INTERESTED, WHAT NOW?
Applications for Stugan open at the beginning of the year. The most recent program was in 2018, with the 2019 program cancelled due to the personal circumstances of the organisers. In 2018, the applications opened in February.
