Mentorship Program
OVERVIEW
The Working Lunch is a mentorship program that supports members of underrepresented groups – women, non-binary people and First Nations people – begin their careers in the game industry. It comprises of one-on-one mentoring with an established industry professional and group workshops.
REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible to be a Working Lunch mentee, you must:
Be a woman, a non-binary person AND/OR First Nations
Have not yet started your career OR be in your first game industry role

Women, non-binary people and First Nations people with games industry experience are also welcomed to apply to be mentors.
APPLICATION PROCESS
To apply to be a mentee, you must fill out an application form on the Working Lunch’s website. The application involves personal details and short answer questions.

It also requires the submission of a personal website that demonstrates previous work.
